- Unlike OK, MA does not have a death penalty. So that would leave a Federal death penalty to be enforced. This remains to play out to see what he is charged with and what penalty they seek in court.

- Ain't in funny what crawls out of the swamp and now forgets all of the executive orders of GW? The fact is, Presidential Executive Orders are legal. If GW could do it, then Obama can do it. And if other branches of government think an executive order is illegal, they can challenge that in court.
